At Canon Flagship Store, we want you to capture every moment with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your product within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the item you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all lenses, batteries, chargers, manuals, and warranty cards that were included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location to ensure a tracked and insured delivery.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the equipment, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
